Brandon Brim represents public and charter school employees in grievance, non-renewal and termination proceedings, as well as TEA certification investigations. In addition, Mr. Brim advises clients on matters of contract law, employment law and administrative law.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Brim practiced real estate and foreclosure law in Connecticut, during which time he attended hundreds of mediations between lenders and homeowners to negotiate home retention and the refinancing of home loans. Formerly, he clerked at the New Haven Superior Court in New Haven, CT; the Federal Communications Commission in Washington, D.C.; and the Texas Third Court of Appeals in Austin, TX.
When Brandon is not fighting for employees, he enjoys running, camping, eating, and generally being outside with his family and friends.
